Relief Mats

Manufactured from FDA approved food grade silicone, our non-stick mats produce a sponge cake with a beautiful relief pattern. The non-stick material allows for easy depanning and is suitable for baking and freezing. These extremely versatile mats can also be used to prepare gum paste, toffee's, nougat, fruit jelly, boiled sugar, and chocolate. All mats and rolls are packaged in PVC vinyl tubes with colar label and instructions for use.
